Start date: Your membership will begin on:
Expiration date: Your membership will expire one year from the start date.
Member Name: The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the member whose name appears on the membership card.
Replacing Your Lost, Damaged or Stolen Membership Card: If your membership card is lost, damaged, or stolen, you may request a replacement card.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or any inappropriate behavior while visiting the gallery.
Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any injury or damage that may occur to you while visiting the gallery. By becoming a member, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the gallery.
